Volkswagen is currently looking at locations around the U.S. for a new automobile plant, and Ardmore makes a lot of sense, given that the MG deal is probably DOA.  Volkswagen's new diesels should continue to be hot sellers with oil hovering around and above $100/bbl, so I have no doubt that current business woes are just that - 'current,' and have a lot to with the weakness of the USD versus the EUR.  Building a plant and encouraging suppliers to locate at the Ardmore Airpark would be a boon for the economy.
